Snowmobile Safety Class Pre-Registration |
Please read the following information entirely before submitting your pre-registration. Submission of this form entitles you to pre-register to reserve a spot in the selected Snowmobile Safety Class. Adults are encouraged to participate. (Please submit muliple forms if registering more than one participant.) Once you have pre-registered by submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation approximately 2 weeks prior to the class. |

The Snowmobile Safety Class will be eight hours from 8am to 5pm. The course will cover the basics in maintenance and repair of snowmobiles, proper and safe operation, history of snowmobiling, first aid, protection of the environment and the state laws. Students should plan on arriving at least 15 minutes before the 8am start time to complete registration. Lunch will not be provided, so students should plan accordingly. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if leaving the facility for lunch. Persons completing the minimum eight hours of instruction and successfully completing the final examination will receive a State of Illinois Certificate of Competency and a graduate patch. |
